[COD5]Dom's Application to join the DC Community/Family

In-game Name:[COD5]Dom
Will you use the DC tag if ever you get accepted (Answer Yes/No. Not required)? Yes, I want to show people I am loyal to the players on the COD5 Server and the DC Community.
What will your new name be with the [DC] tag: [COD5]Prime[DC] (Dom isn't even my name, I think I should change it anyway, on the server there's Don and Dominic).
Why do you want to be accepted? I would like to be accepted to wear the DC tag to show other players of the server that I am part of a great community, to show people that being in the DC Community is a great experience for everybody. I will be always helping others on the server, giving everyone a good time, and by helping others and gaining respect I could probably bring in some new applicants to the DC Community.

I [COD5]Dom here, hereby states that I will always be loyal to the DC Clan and Community, I will show my loyalty by obeying the rules of the server and setting an example to other players.
